Description
This is a watercolor study I did of the famous Blue Bridges in La Crosse, Wisconsin, for a commission acrylic piece. I included a sunset with lots of lavender, purple, peach, pink and yellows to indicate early evening time. A romantic couple are standing on a dock along the Mississippi River where they are gazing at the bridges that are all lit up for the evening. The bridges are on Cass Street and it takes you across the river to the Minnesota side. Lots of proposals take place on this bridge.
