Artist's Description
I created this wet-on-wet watercolor painting to "Welcome Autumn". The fall season is one of my favorite times of the year when the trees begin to change colors and the air is crisp and cool. These two little birds are really just imaginary or they evolved as the painting progressed. I think they are shopping among the brightly colored fall leaves for a left-over berry or two, perhaps before they make their migration trip south for the winter.
