Little hummingbird on a nearly bare tree where the leaves are the last ones to fall and he is the last to leave for the south. This simple design by Marilyn Smith of tree trunks and branches with one lonely bird was done in watercolor using a monochromatic color scheme in browns, rust, orange tones on a creamy background. Perfect autumn color scheme. This piece would make a great large canvas wall hanging in any room.
