Description
I took this photograph out in the desert while observing the wild horses grazing in the Salt River area in Arizona. I was in love with the colors of the background as the greens of the cacti and small bushes on the desert floor gradually blend into the blues of the distant mountains. The sunlight striking the white stallion in the foreground was a great contrast to the subtle background. Viewing these beauties is such a treat as there are so many different colors of horses in each separate band. May they roam free forever.
