Description
This little Gambel's quail was posing for photographs on the cafe patio at the Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix, Arizona and it made me think of a turkey's tail the way the agave plant was fanned out! The quail barely have a tail at all or a very short one, so I thought of Wannabe Turkey for the title of this photograph.
