Description

This acrylic painting by Marilyn Smith is a detailed portion of a larger piece that includes the village of Manarola in Cinque Terre, Italy. This piece just seemed like a very intimate and romantic setting for a couple to enjoy a little wine, some bread, cheese and fruit. The balcony overlooks the ocean in the bay with the sun setting and creating beautiful shades of orange, peach, coral and pink reflections in the water. The lucky couple that will be enjoying this spot is walking along the shore and soaking in the beauty before returning to the patio to dine.
